I retained Marc to represent me in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and he and Tiffany guided me through this extremely embarrassing and humiliating process with out judgment and with empathy. I cried every time I spoke or met with them and they always reassured me that things would get better, and they did. Tiffany was completely accessible and Marc was always punctual and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Marc Capone filed a motion for my wife to have a tax lien removed. We spoke to 3 other attorney's before we hired Marc, and they had no idea how to get this lien off. It took a few months to go through the court, but Marc and his team got it done. He gave us a very reasonable all inclusive price to get the job done, even though there was some back and forth with the courts. We are very pleased with his service and the outcome.

Chapter 13 bankruptcy case was filed with Mark Capone. My husband and I had always had very good credit we took pride in keeping our credit that way. But went through some financial hardship and Mark helped us out and made the process less frightening than we thought it would be!
