Upon hiring Marc Capone for our Bankruptcy, both personal and business, I found him to be not only very professional, but kind, caring and understanding of our situation. Bankruptcy is not an easy event to go through, especially for the first time and Marc made us feel very comfortable with his knowledge of the facts. Would highly recommend Marc Capone to anyone dealing with the same issues.

I struggled for several years with the humiliation of filing for bankruptcy; in spite of having met with Mr. Capone for this purpose, I just couldn't take that final step. Marc Capone was an outstanding lawyer to use for bankruptcy in order to get back on my feet. I felt guilty about financial mistakes I made in the past and had judgements and medical bills. Marc answered all of my questions and my follow up questions were answered quickly by Tiffany. The whole staff is very friendly and thorough. When we went to bankruptcy court in Trenton, there were several cases with other lawyers that did not go so smoothly (missing paperwork, incorrectly filed documents, etc...).
