Andrew Moskowitz believed in my case when three other lawyers told me I didn't have a case. During our consultation I presented the facts and told him how passionate I was about my case. He believed in me and agreed to take on my case and won. Although we settled I was very pleased with the outcome. Andrew was hardworking, professional, respectful, accessable and the lines of communication were always clear throughout my entire lawsuit that lasted over 2 years. A couple of colleagues and I had the privilege of hiring Andrew Moskowitz as our lawyer. When he took on our case he made sure we did our homework as thorough as he did his. I hired Andrew to be my attorney for a age discrimination case. Andrew is a very thorough and knowledgeable attorney. He is allways available to answer all your questions. There was a setback in my case through no fault of his own but Andrew is in the process of correcting it. When you see Andrew in action, you appreciate his knowledge and competence. My losing my job due to wrongful termination and going through the bereavement process with the loss of my mother over the past three years has made my life very difficult. Now faced with the possible loss of my home because I can't afford the upkeep has only made matters worse. As the old adage goes..."When it rains it pours".
