Filed a motion to enforce pension arrears owed me and totally messed it up. She was supposed to send a certification to the court that she was ill at the time but did not stating that she didn't give it to me because "your son pissed me off" (My son spoke to her trying to get her to do the right thing) The first time I asked for the certification, she stated "I got your address and it came back" . My ex died and I was unable to collect 5 yrs. of pension arrears.
