This thank you note is long overdue. This past Christmas holidays while spending one night at home with 2 of my children, I began to recount to them details about my financial journey in the last 5 years. Your final advise was – keep yourself employed and make your payments every month to the mortgage companies and the trustee. I managed to do that despite some bumps along the way. Losing my wife to cancer, and with it, losing half of my household income, and then not having a steady job made it hard to keep up with the bills and my house mortgage. I shared this life episode with my children, as I was lucky now to see them making successful strides and forging ahead in their professional careers after completing their university degrees. I will forever be grateful to the two of you, for giving me the assistance to restructure my finances, and now be able to continue with better footing. Making a decision to file for Bankruptcy was very difficult for me as I always valued a "high" credit score. Unfortunately, times have changed and life happens. I was going to go the debt consolidation programme route, then I had a consultation with Scott. I told him my predicament and he answered every question with patience and understanding; I felt very comfortable immediately with my decision to go with his firm. I was making headway in my debt then life got in the way and my spending got out of control and before I knew it, I was $36k in the hole. I wanted to wait before I do a review so that I can fully disclose on how great of a process Scott and Mandy performed during my chapter 13 bankruptcy. During the summer of 2022 had concluded my bankruptcy two years early. But I could not have done so without the help of my attorney, Scott Tanne and Mandi. Besides being very knowledgeable in the area, they were able to coach me with legal advice, and even when I was feeling discouraged about the process, they they lifted me up with the mindset that I can get it done. I am now in the process of buying my home post chapter 13, with a higher credit rating six months after the process. If you are having a financial hardship, turn to these guys and you won’t regret it.

Scott is very thorough and honest about every part of the process. Christine helped me prepare for the hearing and really put my mind at ease and answered all of my questions.
