It is very remiss of me that I've not written this sooner; however, I am compelled to write this favorable review. As first time homebuyers, we hired Joan Adams to assist with the navigation of of the process with legal implications. From her evaluation of the purchase contract, a drafted Use and Occupancy Agreement, revised addendums, interaction with the Title Company (re: survey and title insurance), finding open items with the Township for permitted work, clarifying ownership of solar system and its SRECs, and representing us at the Real Estate Settlement/Closing...this firm was brilliant. A local attorney with local relationships cannot be undervalued and Adams & Collins Law epitomizes that value.

Colleen is exactly what you need for your family law case. She will get straight to the point and find the best way to approach achieving your custody goals. There was no wasting of my time or money and it’s clear she has your best interest at heart. She comes highly recommended in every way. I am more than satisfied with the outcome of my hearing as well as all of the preparation work Ms. Collins did for me and my case. Her cross motion was thorough, factual and worded as exactly as I had asked her to do. She helped me get all kinds of concrete and factual evidence together that helped the decision of the judge to be in my favor. She is passionate but realistic and that is exactly what I needed. She is incredibly respectful of the judge and other parties but fought for me and fought well as I said, the other party's motion was denied and I was granted mine. I will absolutely be using her again in the future if need be and will recommend her without hesitation to family and friends.
