I "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" them for your accident case. They were very professional and everyone kept me the loop the whole time. Which I like because it shows how involved they are with their clients. My attorney Luis Haquia was outstanding. He fought for me like a lion protecting his cub and that meant a lot to me because I'm 42 years old and this was my first accident case I was nervous and didn't know what to expect, but he walked me through it step by step, answered all my questions and not once did he get annoyed or showed any signs that I was being annoying. lol I was treated more like a close friend instead of just another client and that also meant a lot to me because it showed how genuine he is. When we won the arbitration the other party decided to take my case trial. He went in that courtroom and showed the other attorney that he meant business. When I say his opening statement was so powerful that it gave me goosebumps. His performance during the the trial was amazing. He payed attention, took notes and when it was time for him to cross-exam he went in. He kept everything simple and yet effective by keeping the focus on the facts. Which that's how he won my trial. I can go on and on, but I'm not. I will leave it on this note and this is my honest truth If we would have lost the trial I would have been disappoint because of how hard Luis fought to present the facts of my injuries and proving that the other party was guilty of causing the car accident, but in a way I would have been happy and satisfied with choosing Davis, Saperstein & Salomon to represent me because of how I was treated and saw how my attorney gave it his all.
