I recently hired Steven Benvenisti, from Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, PC who represented me in a personal injury case. He is the best! Very thorough, exacting and frankly quite personable too. I acquired DS&S directly following injuries I suffered from a catastrophic commuter bus accident. I did not know what to do and was concerned that I would not be able to pursue a case against the bus company since it happened during a trip. While the accident took place in NJ, the bus company was based out of state. I was referred to DS&S through a former attorney who was not licensed in the state of NJ. My case was assigned to Patricia Boguslawski. From the start, I could tell she knew her way around these cases. She was very knowledgeable, upfront and to the point, responsive (despite her extremely busy schedule) and professional. I have truly appreciated working with her. Once I got her everything she needed to fight on my behalf, she and her team at DS&S did all the heavy lifting. In the end, Patricia showed that she was my true advocate by ensuring I received the fairest compensation package for the injuries and mental anguish (not to sound too melodramatic, but it was bad 😊) I suffered. I would certainly recommend Patricia and DS&S to family and friends if they should ever need a license attorney in the state of NJ.
