It is difficult to find the right words to express my gratitude to Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and Jeff Salomon in particular, but I'll give this a try. When I picked up the phone I was completely at my wits end after after getting hit by a commercial vehicle in my small town. I had to spend about $1000 in just a few days, had no car with a no good insurance policy. I felt completely fed up, not even sure if I should be calling a lawyer. As the phone rang I almost hung up. Jeff picked up, late on a Sunday night. As soon as we started talking I felt this weight being lifted off of my shoulders. For the first time since the accident a few days prior, I felt I wasn't alone and that I had some heavy weights in my corner. He was personable, knowledgeable and helped me get my head together for the next steps. I never felt rushed or ignored. I'll be completely honest - I didn't have to do very much besides some initial doctors visits and tests. Once that was over the lawyers handled everything, occasionally mailing me things that I would have to sign. Everything was handled so seamlessly, there were months when I almost forgot about the accident and went on with my life. Then I got a call from Jeff what the options were. I called my wife and we were so excited to find that Jeff and his team had done some negotiating in our favor. It was an amazing moment that let me know I had definitely made the right decision that fateful Sunday night when Jeff Salomon happened to be on the on call lawyer. (Yes it's a thing.)
