I had my first accident in the early 2000's, and I remember not having to leave my home with my injuries to go consult with an attorney. This firm was able to send someone to my home for consultation and it's been history since they assigned me to Mr.Garfield. I had a long and difficult recovery, he was very compassionate throughout the process. He fought hard and long on my behalf, and was never condescending in his approach and negotiated on my behalf in a professional manner. He is polite, courteous and respectful as well as the firm. Mr. Garfield made sure that the doctors were doing the right thing by calling their office and following up with them. The advice and representation I received from him throughout the very difficult process on both occasions always turned out to be everything I hoped for.
