I’ve had a very long case, it was my first ever lawsuit and I couldn’t have felt more relaxed throughout the whole process. Patricia Boguslawski and Kristen are the best! Kristen has been kind and very knowledgeable throughout my whole case. She is awesome at communicating with me and making sure I am aware of any changes. She has worked very hard for me over the last 3 and a half years to get me the best settlement. Patricia has been very transparent and I felt that she really cared about what I had gone through. Both of their hard work and communication with me has been outstanding. My experience as a whole has been very positive and I would absolutely recommend them!!

This was my first and hopefully only car accident. My first time dealing with lawyers and a law suit. Although the process was kinda long it was worth it in the long run. My lawyer and I would not accept the low ball offers given. They kept fighting and I am happy with the outcome. Annette was very attentive to me. Was on top of everything always responded to me quickly. Super nice the whole time. In the end I got my car paid off totally. Credit went up and I left with a nice amount in my bank account. Getting into an accident is something that you can’t control, but deciding who will fight your case is definitely your choice. I called the firm after a recommendation I received from a family member, and was not disappointed. I worked with Daniel Buchheister and his case manager, Annette Benitez. I had an injury at work that required additional medical attention after it was originally closed by my previous employer. Daniel was quickly able to reopen my case and get me the proper treatment that I needed.
