This was my first experience with lawyers and lawsuits, as expected the case took some time but the end result was great. My lawyer Manuel was excellent and easily accessible whenever I needed him and even went out of his way to keep helping me after my case was officially closed. Maribel was also a great help and a pleasure to deal with taking the time to call and notify me of any updates and respond to any questions I had about the case. This firm is amazing, and I can honestly say that now that my case has been settled. After I slipped and fell on a wet surface in the corridor of my apartment building that was caused by the shampooing of the carpet, the last thing that I ever imagined was that I could successfully receive any compensation in a lawsuit against the management of the building, or against anyone else for that matter. I had to think this through before I wrote it because I was frustrated, and impatient and completely unaware of how this process works. Now that I understand it better I can give a more honest review. First I must commend their staff. Outstanding customer service. Perla Acevedo is remarkable. Her demeanor can calm any storm. Her responses are always timely and she is extremely encouraging when the waiting for money makes you lose it. She is very professional and the quality of her work top notch. And she made me feel like this firm had a lot of integrity. Another positive is their marketing material. I loved their easy to understand materials, videos, and magazines. Truly tailored and well thought out for there clients. And why should you use them because my case was hard to win and they convinced them to pay me something. To me that's the team to go with!
