Ms. Linda Strauss works for a owner who took a 1 family home made it into a 2 family illegally deemed so by the City Of Newark code enforcement the owner rented it out 2 to Section 8 tenants getting 4600 dollars a month from Section 8 and the owner of the house wasn't paying the mortgage so it went into foreclosure the tenant on the second floor had to abruptly move out with her children when it was deemed illegal tenant on the 1 st floor stayed she has a child and informed Section8 all what was happening so they told her to move as anyone know it's not easy finding a place . Section 8put the place in abatement because there was also things that needed to be done and the owners misdeeds so they came after the tenant on the first floor for the entire rent of which Ms. Linda Strauss took the tenant to court lied to the judge saying she's not a Section 8 tenant had the young lady evicted. The young lady went to court to get a seven day stay this is the kicker the landlord doesn't even own the house anymore it's been foreclosed she found out that tenant was granted a stay she's harassing the tenant and threatening her aswell Ms Linda Stauss is a Nasty lying lawyer . Moving forward she will be reported to the American Bar Association.

Strauss seemingly delights in heaping scorn and abuse on victims of domestic violence and engages in long-winded, hateful, and demeaning gaslighting over people she assumes are less intelligent with a unique emphasis on projection — accusing a traumatized individual of “not listening” while utterly failing to listen and practice compassion and intelligent discernment so consistently as to leave one sick to the stomach. And she does it for pay, not caring that an individual who is willing to give her money might be in real danger. Disgraceful & shameful barely touch the depth of her callous ineptitude and cruelty. Beware.

Extremely bad attitude and very unprofessional. This woman needs a lesson on manners. A complete waste of time and you will leave feeling disrespected. Dismissive and truly has no care for anyone else.

Had extremely bad experience.. just took money again and again.. didn't even pick up my calls!! Called me back next day or 2 days alot of times.. and has extremely bad attitude...

Very lazy and expects clients to do the work you pay her to do. Takes a huge retainer knowing she will waste your money for hours unnecessarily. Hired and fired!

We are in the process of changing lawyers. My daughter has gone through a very nasty divorce and we need an attorney who will deal with current issues as well as items in the divorce agreement that need to addressed. Linda sat with us for 2 hours and listened to my daughter and her parents with genuine concern.We were under a personal time restraint and Linda said she would see us again at no charge in order to complete our consulting meeting. She wants to discuss how to move forward and what our strategy will be. We felt very comfortable with her and believe that she will accomplish what we need to address in a timely and proper manner.
