Eric has been dealing with me for the past 2 and a half years. He was very patient with me and my family while we were in the process of buying a house. Eric was easy to get a hold of, constantly willing to help me with anything I needed and most of all his friendliness and helpfulness made the process go smoothly.

He is great at dealing with people and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Futhermore, he kept us up to date on all of the details and provided us with some peace of mind.
