Karl never returns phone calls and is supposedly never in the office when you call. He would constantly adjourn court dates on me at the last minute without notice making me show up and stand around for no reason. Would send his associate half of the time in his place whose answer to everything was "I'm not familiar with the case" when you would ask him a question.

Mr. Mohel came highly recommend so I had high hopes. Well I guess some people change over time and lost interest and/or motivation in their work. Made multiple promises too me that were never followed through on and in the end never put any work into my case. Was only looking for a paycheck and not actually trying to help me out.

If you are looking for someone to fight for you, S Mohel is it. I have worked with 3-4 other lawyers and none of them compare to the job done by S Mohel. He is not afraid to fight for his clients, he is not quick to tell you to take a deal. I was facing several drug related charges and facing jail time, as I had been convicted of a few felonies in the past. Karl Mohel put me at ease throughout the entire ordeal and fought for me every step of the way. My outcome was a year of probation. I will never use any other attorney. In my experience its hard to find someone ready to fight for you if need be. Most of the time lawyers I have found want to get paid a whole lot and look for the fastest way to close your case, not always whats best for their client. Karl Mohel is not that kind of lawyer and I totally trust him because of it. If you need an excellent lawyer, hire him you will be happy you did.

Was charged with 3rd degree possession of cds with intent to distribute. Once Karl got involved, he reviewed the discovery, and we considered filing a motion to surpress the evidence based on an illegal search. While he was representing me on this case, I was arrested and charged again, with another 3rd degree count of possesion of cds with intent to distribute. He worked with me big time, and took this case when if not for his kindness, i wouldn't have been able to afford him. He went back and forth with the prosecution several times, before getting me an EXCELLENT deal!! In my opinion, there is no other attorney anywhere with the advocacy skills of Karl. He is always ready to goto trial, and the prosecutors know he will be prepared so they will be alot quicker to offer him and his client an excellent deal to avoid facing him at trial. And if a trial does pursue, if anybody can win, its Karl!
