I had the opportunity to meet Attorney Hernandez through our mutual association with the National College of DUI Defense and I knew that he was a stand up attorney who regularly fights for his clients. During the past few months I have been meeting with him regularly via ZOOM and I was absolute impressed on his knowledge of DUI / DWI law, the science of blood testing and breath testing. I can tell you Atty. Hernandez cares. Any one facing DUI charges in New Jersey would be doing themselves a disservice by not contacting him.

Steve is the best!!! I had received a DUI offense. Due to litigating factors the case took almost a year to go trial. Steve walked me through everything he was doing. There was never a time that I called Steve that he didn’t answer or return my phone call in a quick and professional manner. Steve got the DUI thrown out and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you Steve and hopefully I never have to use you again! But if I ever need a lawyer I know who I’m calling! Thank you again and god bless!
