Great lawyer!! Amazing Law firm! I can 110% say that my case was handled with accuracy and care. Steve made sure to have every box checked. Before our hearings and even months after when new cases gave me the opportunity to have a new motion after my case had settled, Steve has been understanding, patient, and extremely helpful in breaking down all the important information and knowing the facts. I found out about Steve through one of his advertisements. I was apprehensive at first, because whenever I see an ad I get suspicious lol. However, after meeting him for the first time, my opinion changed. Steve is INSANELY knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain the process that you're going through and makes sure that you are throughly informed and educated. The process took much longer than we expected due to COVID, but Steve did a great job in keeping me updated and reassured that he didn't forget about me! In the end (I have to spare the details of the situation), the outcome was far greater than I expected. I initially was going to go about this on my own. Thank God I didn't. I couldn't have had the outcome that I did without his help. He's a great attorney and a solid guy!

The reason I retained The Hernandez Law Firm, P.C. was i was arrest for a dui along with other tickets. I selected The Hernandez Law Firm, P.C. to represent me because i had a friend of mine that was represented by mr. hernandez and he recommended me to have mr. hernandez be my lawyer. What made me like working with The Hernandez Law Firm, P.C. was mr. hernandez is honest, real, and is really caring for his clients. his staff in the office are great. i really appreciated getting a postcard in the mail for my birthday from him and his office. He was able to get my case resolved in an amazing way!

Mr Hernandez is not only a super down to earth human. He is a super well versed dwi lawyer trained/certified on all technologies used against you in your dwi/dui case. Speaks at seminars all over the country educating others on the BA Machines. Lastly the man should have been a magician because he pulled a grizzly bear out of a wool sock in my case and i could never be more grateful for all that he did for me over the last 386 days! Steve Hernandez is the attorney handling a DUI case for my niece. He and his staff has been wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions and guided us through this difficult process. We have had to call several times after we finalized the case because of the installation of the Interlocking device and they helped us every step of the way. I would highly recommend him and his Law firm for your legal needs.

Attorney Hernandez is very professional and gave my dad his undivided attention when it came to his criminal matter. He thoroughly looked through his charges and explained in detail what he could be facing. After searching for so many criminal attorneys, it was relieving to know that Attorney Hernandez could take on the case. Some attorney's never called back. Some attorney's were just interested in money. Attorney Hernandez showed compassion and courtesy through out the entire process. He gave my father hope for a positive resolution and although my father passed away before he could resolve his criminal matter, I strongly believe that Attorney Hernandez's competency and knowledge could have given us positive end results.
