Wouldnt even take my phone call to discuss a case. He told the receptionist to tell me, "Handle the issue myself." Even after I explained the minimum penalties for my matter I was calling about. Absolutely do not reccomend.

I had 10 tickets and my 2nd Dwi , refusal, no insurance , and 7 other tickets , Mr steve tried his best and he is very intelligent and energetic i would recommend him 100% in short still i got my refusal ticket but i got rid of 2nd DWI and 8 other tickets got dismissed .. so i would highly recommend him he will fight for u till the end .GOOD LUCK HE IS DWI SPECIALIST ..

Mr. Hernandez was tardy 85% of court appearances. When he would call to confirm dates they were often wrong & would say the wrong location of court. As far as aggressive defense goes, there was none. The initial phone call/interview that we had he seemed knowledgable and made it seem like he could be helpful in the DUI case. He did little to follow up with me after our 1st court appearance. There was no video evidence to back me up in court due to the state "loosing it", after that he basically told me there was nothing I could do. I feel as though I paid a significant amount of money to just have him stand beside me in court. I thought getting a lawyer who specialized in the field would be of benefit, but it was not. You are better off paying someone else who will actually fight for you and be on time.
