“While discussing the matter or trying to get knowledge about the matter to better familiarize myself with what could happen. I asked him a series of questions, my first question was what can he get the ticket reduced too? he blatantly stated he does not know until the matter is brought before the court (Prosecutor). I stated ok no problem, I also asked him can he get the ticket dismissed if the person does not show up to court? His first reaction was that he cannot do that I stated why? He stated he would rather get the ticket reduced and call it a day. I stated it would not hurt for you to at least try to get the ticket dismissed if the individual does not show up? At this point MR. Cunningham raised his voice at me by telling me how I am not the lawyer that it his job do not tell him how to do his job.”

“Mind you this is 2 months ago with no follow up no phone call about the matter it's already the coming end of November my court date is set for December.”
