Mr. Straffi (JR) is a safe space to go to discuss a vulnerable situation, such as claiming bankruptcy. Not only did he reassure me that things happen, he made sure I wasn't confused or alone in the process as well. He answers all questions with a smile and confidence, and practically guides you through all the hard parts. The first lawyer I went couldn't help me, he gave me Mr. Straffi's card. (l'm so grateful to that man because he was a little mean to be honest, I don't even want to imagine how it would have went with him.) If you're curious and reading my review don't hesitate. He handled my case with care and never once made me feel ashamed about my situation. l'm so grateful to him and his staff (they are EQUALLY as helpful and friendly!!) 10/10 definitely recommend. I was very pleased with the work that Straffi and Straffi did for my bankruptcy case. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and responded to every email. They were great in walking me through the process and it went very smoothly.

I used Daniel Straffi, Jr. for my divorce. He was professional, responsive and very efficient with service on my ex husband. He got the job done the first hearing even tho my ex didn't appear! Mr. Straffi did what he set out to do. He filed for chapter 13 and 7 bankruptcy for me and that is what I got. There were no setbacks or problems encountered. I made two appearances in court. Here are two things to remember about bankruptcy: (1) you need to personally keep on top of the process to assure it is individualized for you & (2) bankruptcy is a volume business and you will have to research the answers to a lot of your questions yourself. In the end, I got exactly what I came to Mr. Straffi for.
