Jerrold Kaminsky helped me and encouraged me to pursue an accident that occured and threatened my well being and health. He was always on my side , generous with his support, pleasant to work with and when it came to the actuality of the seriousness of the case he was on spot and very impressive.We dealt with exposing the truth against 2 other lawyers who brought up the most inane things trying to get us to back down . His knowledge and support made the process easier on me and was resolved in a fair and timely way.I'll always be thankful.

Make sure you don't forget to make the initial payment! I forgot and called to speak to the attorney to pay and see if he sent the letter out and to get a copy. Good thing i didn't pay because after two weeks of trying to contact himi found out he never sent out the letter to the court . I tried calling everyday and the following day and the following day.Two weeks later I found out my case was never handled and my license was suspended. Horrible communication and no heart for someone who was now driving on a suspended license instead of being represented by a supposedly good lawyer. What a Joke! Maybe its just Tom Gombar giving this firm a bad name.

He is the worst lawyer I have ever had. He doesnt keep up with his clients.He is totally selfish!!!
