As someone who spent time in both State and Federal courts, I can tell you there is without question no one I would rather have represent me more than Monika Mastalone. Having had many attorneys over the course of my life, none can compare to the way Ms. Mastalone articulates and understands her clients. Her ability to see all sides of what “true justice” is, give’s her a unique approach to defend anyone. The complexity of the way she is able to handle the most extreme of charges is only matched by her passion for the law. Ms. Mastalone’s dedication to her clients rights and never ending fight for their day in court to yield a positive verdict is as compelling as her wit to which she wins said verdicts with. I have had the distinct honor to have Ms. Mastalone guide me many times through some very difficult cases, that where without her guidance would have ended very poorly to say the least. There simply is no better attorney in private practice. I would highly recommend her to anyone as the best solution to any court case you may have.

Ms. Mastellone represented me when I had to go to court for the first time. I was nervous, but she really took the time to counsel me and make sure that I was comfortable and confident with my experience going through the court process. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of excellent legal service but also a kind, caring, and compassionate advocate as well. I don't plan to ever end up in court again, but if I do, she will definitely be my lawyer.
