I hired Mr Schneider through the referral of a friend... I was contacted by local authorities with accusations of crimes (crimes I didn't commit). Maybe the police were harassing and just fishing for answers through random selection or maybe they had no ill intention and really thought I was the person they were looking for. However, I contacted Mr Schneider. He's a straight to the point no nonsense type of person. He accompanied me to the police station where I myself never had to speak to the police and they have never contacted me since that day. This was a few years back. I definitely recommend him!!

When I felt like giving up, and thought it was over, Mr. Schneider came in at the right time. I had recieved a pamphlet from his firm, and saw the work he has done. I was pleasantly surprised in what type of cases he had worked on, and how many years of experience he has had as a lawyer. He supported me to the very end, and always gave me helpful advices even in the toughest of times. I would DEFINITELY recommend Mr. Schneider to anyone that is looking for a second chance!

Andrew Schneider was referred to us by one of his NJ colleagues. Our daughter was issued a citation by a PA police officer in a park adjacent to where she attends university. The charges seemed a bit harsh. Concerned the citation may affect future opportunity, we chose to ‘lawyer up’ and despute the charges. Mr Schneider asked what we hoped to realize for an outcome, and explained the strategy(s) he would take. He was extremely approachable and accessible throughout the process.

Fantastic DUI lawyer. I was charged with some very steep charges and Andrew Schneider stood by me the entire time to get me ARD, he saved my career and future. Other lawyers felt like I was talking to a used car salesman, but Mr. Schneider is straightforward, honest, and caring. He and his office are very knowledgeable and hard working, you are in good hands if you hire him.

Andrew was the lawyer for a family member. The difference I saw in Andrew immediately (versus most lawyers) was eye contact, politeness, joviality and acute knowledge of our situation. He never once faltered in what he thought was the correct course of action nor did he ever make any of us feel that the situation was not winnable. Andrew worked tirelessly with me going through mountains of evidence, filing appeal after appeal and requesting multiple pre-trial hearings when the prosecution was less than forthcoming with additional evidence. It took over 2 years to whittle away the charges but eventually all were finally dropped. During that time Andrew never stopped fighting for me. As we prepared for trial he would build and then rebuild the case as he figured out a better way to present it, always vigilant. Mr Schneider and Lisa were trusted advisors, guides in turbulent waters, and pillars of strength in my times of weakness. Never did I feel alone. Lisa's kind voice always reminded me of hope when I would call the office and Andrew's firm guidance kept me on track when I didn't have the foresight to make rational decisions. Andrew Schneider was recommended to me as a defense attorney in a traffic accident where I could potentially have my license suspended. He calmed me down and then walked me through the case. He demonstrated his experience as he investigated the case. He kept me informed throughout the process. Before the court hearing he briefed me and helped me understand what would happen at the hearing and what would happen when I testified. At the hearing he provided cogent arguments that the judge could understand. He also made sure that the prosecutor did not say things which were inferences or conjecture. I was just found not guilty. I do not know what would have happened without Andrew 's support and counsel. I would recommend Andrew to individuals who need a defense attorney to assist them

This lousy attorney (who over charges for his services) encouraged me to take a deal with the DA even though it was a very much a win-able case. He said the public servants (like the judge) were very unbaised which he has posted on his web-site. " These public servants are sworn to make impartial decisions" . Yet, he told me after the case "that the Judge told him that he was going to find me guilty of something. Even though the Judge Rubestein never heard the case.
