The Bratton Law team is such an amazing group of professionals. They are so easy to work with and every person on the team is professional and knowledgeable. I know when I have a question I can always reach out to this team for the best answer. Great Team!!!

Sam was at one time one of the best over the years he has lost a lot no sure if it him or the his employees but I had to get some else to take my last case could never get him to call me back it may be he over worked.

I think Gaylord himself is a crook, he has had my mom case for over 12 years! She has had multiple surgeries can barely walk, and HE has been dragging this case on for a year. Ever month now he keeps saying it time to sign/settle and then he calls a week later and pushes the date back again. He has been doing this for a year! With no reason as to why. Thinking elderly people don't have family on they side. My mom said you can talk to me but funny I have not gotten a call from him yet. I think he is praying on the elders waiting for them to be unalive so he benefits. Not here and not today. #NJBARASSOCIATIONCOMPLAINTS

His office scheduled telephone conference with me. I called to verify. I was told to wait for his call which I did for over an hour to no avail. I called his office to let them know that I didn’t receive a call from Mr. Gaylord as scheduled. Asked to reschedule and receptionist promised call back, which I did not receive. Left multiple messages but never received call back. The lack of follow-through on the part of him and/or his staff wasted critical time for my SSDisability appeal process.

Chris and his team are friendly and helpful.

Now Szaferman Lakind. Great attorney's. Really friendly staff, receptionist Taje is a sweetheart.

They are the BEST!

Sam has been a grievous disappointment. During our initial interview November 13 2020, yes 2020, Sam assured us that he would get my boyfriend the health benefits he earned during 15 years as a career firefighter. We're still waiting. Sam rarely responds to e-mails and has been unavailable at the times he has asked Mike to phone about his case.
