Hard to get him.

Started 4/2017 now 11/2020 still waiting... no one kept me advised of the my case....very little expexection of information on my behave....NO WRITTEN STATEMENTS, NO PHONE CALLS, EMAILS STATING THE OUTCOME OF MY MATTER (service & compentcy👎🏽😣)

Just love Atty Gaylord and his staff are wonderful. He's so confident, professional, considerate, thoughtful and pleasant and 👏 I'm so happy I was sent to him. I went to Gaylord Popp as an recommendation from my coworker who had used him and was really happy with the outcome of her case. I went thinking my case was small and that nothing would come out if it. Well to my surprise Ms. Tanya Phillips was my representation from this office and they all were persistent, thorough and consistent which allowed me to get a deserved settlement for my case, and I appreciate them and they did!

For months I tried to contact several different Federal agencies, in particular Department of the Treasury and CMS. Literally I was on hold for hours. I either received incorrect information or conflicting information. At my wits end, I traveled from Florida back to New Jersey and manually collected over 300 pages of hospital and doctor information that I could not get from the aforementioned agencies.
