Cons
1
Some clients experienced issues with responsiveness and follow-through from the attorney or staff
“His office scheduled telephone conference with me. I called to verify. I was told to wait for his call which I did for over an hour to no avail. I called his office to let them know that I didn't receive a call from Mr. Gaylord as scheduled. Asked to reschedule and receptionist promised call back, which I did not receive.”
2
A few clients felt their cases were not handled with the expected level of urgency or attention
“Sam has been a grievous disappointment. During our initial interview November 13 2020, yes 2020, Sam assured us that he would get my boyfriend the health benefits he earned during 15 years as a career firefighter. We're still waiting.”
