We first hired an attorney to fight a credit card company who posted all our payments to a nonexistent account. Unbeknownst to us he placed us in bankruptcy! At the time we never even had a late payment! To make matters worse the judge assigned, our lawyer, and the appraiser for the feds were all part of an investment group and were trying to fabricate debt to profit from flipping my house. Every other attorney we contacted was willing to help us until they were told what judge was involved. A friend of the family recommended Mr. Zimnis. Of course he was skeptical of our tale of woe, but he treated us with respect and did everything legally possible to rectify the situation. He gave us all our options as well as his recommendation. Although it did cost us a lot financially (no fault of Mr. Zimnis) he managed a reasonable settlement against all odds. He never backed down until he was triumphant. This guy is truly in this business for the right reason....to HELP!
