Absolutely USELESS. Cost me $11,000 for my daughter’s NO ASSET divorce and took over a year to settle. After the divorce we noticed there was no provision in the divorce settlement for wage garnishment if my ex son in law didn’t pay his child support (which he hasn’t). We called Kelly Newman to ask her to revise this and she refused saying we still owed an additional $7,000. I contacted Lynda Hinkle to try and resolve this and she told me not to contact her again until the additional money was paid. I thought a female attorney would have been a little sympathetic, but was I wrong. It was all about the money.

Absolutely unprofessional it was if she was working for the other party. Lynda made mistakes rushed the process and wouldn’t own up to it. She refused to take or return phone calls. Go elsewhere!!!

Lynda and her staff were extremely helpful and very sharp with guiding me thru a custody issue. She was patient with me as we tried to settle and eventually did. I have had experience with previous attorneys, that would have wanted to draw it out and line their pockets. Lynda and her crew made sure that my best interests were taken care of and did what was right for my cause and MY pocketbook. A million thanks and I highly recommend her firm!

Been with this firm for about 7 months. My sister was getting a divorce and we paid 10,000 so far . We started to ask questions about the billing and immediately dropped from this firm. We were not allow to go to over our bill. They wouldn’t answer our phone call. I went in the the office with questions and they called the police on me. I was treated so badly by these lawyers. I never disrespected them and they were mad because we started asking questions. Don’t allow them to take advantage of you. We spent all that money and still no divorce.
