Be Advised. John has previously been disciplined by the state licensing authority. For issues such as dishonesty, misrepresentation, deceit etc… I feel it is important as a human being to inform others to make wise decisions when dealing with lawyers. *Always do a background check by simply searching a lawyers bar ID number and make certain they are very experienced in the type of law you require/need.

We hired Mark Chester to represent my son who is a new driver and was not aware of NJ laws vs NY laws when reporting an accident. ( In NYC, a minor finder bender/ accident can be filed by the driver's without having it call the cops .) My son had tickets and serious penalties which under the representation of Mr. Cheser were greatly reduced. Not only did he represent my son, he provided much guidance, clarify and insight on how NJ laws differ from that of NY.
