I recently used the services of Gary Bundy for a sale and buy real estate transaction for a 1031 exchange, a process more complicated than an ordinary sale/buy transaction. Gary and his staff, especially Connie, performed magnificently on my behalf! Gary was so on top of everything I was amazed. I'd get e-mails and text messages, phone calls from him on weekends, early mornings and at 10PM! Not only did he keep me immediately informed of all developments, he was three steps ahead to move the buy/sell process along to two successful conclusions. If you are considering buying or selling a property and are looking for an excellent and experienced lawyer I whole hardheartedly recommend Gary's office. Having worked in union for 30years I was surprised how it changed. But Mr. Bundy is a very professional attorney and takes the time to explain everything.

I used Gary Bundy when buying my first home. He is incredibly intelligent, well mannered, and excellent at explaining everything. Most amazingly, he works ALL THE TIME. weekends, late night, email responses within the hour. He does everything “in house” and gets things done that way more quickly than other lawyers who outsource some of the work. He’s a judge too, so HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. One of the smartest people Iv ever met! Clearly I was impressed.
