Cons
1
Inconsistent service quality and communication issues
“DO NOT TRUST THIS ATTORNEY. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This lawyer mishandled my and my brother's case years ago. We were DACA recipients and he said he could apply for a green card through our mom. He told me he was one of the best lawyers in NJ, said he had won many cases and *situations*like mine in the past. He said this multiple times and even boasted about it. His office would lose documents we provided and we had to provide them again.”
2
Rude and unprofessional behavior towards clients
“The attorney Bennett is disrespectful and has a rude manner while interacting with prospective clients. I had an appointment for my brother's immigration case. First of all, he wanted to attend us in the reception area around his receptionist and other customers who were in the waiting room... Of course, we rejected this idea as we deserve the right to privacy. After this, he took us to a private office he should have in the first place. However, while he was there he was so judgemental that he gave us the impression that he was acting and making decisions like a judge instead of putting himself in the position of a lawyer.”
