I worked for a large retail company requiring a Land Use attorney on a regualr basis for full site plan approval and where necessary zoning variances I was the hiring authority in my position. I interviewed 4 attorneys. I picked Mr Tedesco based on my first impression of knowledge, sincerity, straight forwardness and personality. We worlked together on my Companys projects for about eight years until I retired. He continues to represent the Company when needed. I worked in different areas of Southern New Jersey. Mt Tedesco was one of my most successful and diligent Attorneys. Every individual case he represented was at his full attention. Communication was excellent. Access was prompt. Planning Board skills were Professional and executed with earnest. He was a keen planner and he assembled an outstanding teams with full teamwork. My most memorable event with Mr Tedesco was a denied Site Plan.for a critical Company project.. We filed an appeal all the way to the State Supreme Court. His true experience shined as The State Supreme Court overturned the Lower Courts and we won the case. This accomplishment was an example of his patience, planning,knowledge and application of the law and true devotion and dedication to his convictions. I would hire Mr Tedesco as a first choice Attorney in any manner that he would accept the case. I know I would get the best representation I could ever want.
