Mr. Zachariasevych is a very efficient lawyer who is also extremely kind and empathetic. In the midst of a difficult situation like a divorce, it is so important to have a lawyer who looks out for a client's best interest, and he does just that. I highly recommend this lawyer, for he is well versed in family issues related to divorce. Mr. Zachariasevych definitely puts the client's mind at ease, and this is priceless.

Mr. Zachariasevych is professional, kind and compassionate. He was extremely helpful and gave me great legal advice while going through a very difficult time. He was a blessing, and went out of his way to direct me in the midst of the storm. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend Mr. Zachariasevych on any matters.

Cannot say enough about my lawyer. He is very intelligent, caring, always happy. He is helpful and understanding, even when I got upset at times. He listens. He answers the phone. I have direct contact when I need it. Bohdan explained the divorce process clearly. Worked for me. Reasonable fees. His secretary, Michelle, is very responsive and helpful too. I retained Bohdan to mediate the divorce from my marriage. I am a former schoolteacher (38 years) and I think that experience made me a good judge of character. I would recommend his services in whatever field of law you may be in need of guidance. He consistently made himself available in the early evening, when you would hope he had better things to do (and I am sure he does) so that our divorce could be moved along expediently. He is patient and has a fine understanding of human nature. Whatever the circumstance I present him with he is gracious and has a firm grasp of all possible legal and personal consequences. Bohdan is very humble and has a great sense of humor and responsibility. Whatever the future brings in the way of legal matters I will not hesitate to ask him to represent me. He is also MUCH better looking than this picture suggests and for all the ladies - he is not married and would be a fine catch.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mr.Zachariasevych and Michelle. My story is similar to others with very complicated and delicate issues. Bohdan has always been fantastic with his explanations and sound honest direction. They have been able to help me sort through tough and convoluted issues; each time explaining them with specific methods and patience that is without comparison. Also, the responsiveness to calls and questions is something that you rarely find in any kind of business. So, in conclusion, I emphatically recommend the Office of Mr. Zachariasevych. If you need it done "the right way" his services are the ones for you.

Mr. Zachariasevych made me very comfortable from the beginning of my case. He always steered me in the right direction, never giving false hope, but being honest with me about all aspects. Until my children are through their schooling years, I'm anticipating needing the services of a family lawyer on occasion and Bohdan will be the only one. He and Michele make a great team in their office, always taking the time to go over my case. Like previous reviewers, I never felt rushed when meeting with Bohdan.

I would highly recommend Mr. Zachariasevych. He represented me in my divorce, my after divorce issues, and several other matters. He, and his secretary treat you as though you are their only client. You never feel as though you are being rushed along, time appears to be of no consequence. His advice is honest, with no lofty promises, but yet comforting. I have the utmost trust in Mr.Zachariasevych and the firm on the whole. I found that once my cases were concluded I missed talking to him and his secretary, who is as knowledgeable and helpful as if she were an attorney herself.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Zachariasevych and the way he handled my case. I went through a nightmare of a divorce and he was with me all the way. The end result was better than I ever expected, but more importantly, his compassion, knowledge, the respect of his colleagues and the judges he works with, and the wonderful outcome he got for me ranks him #1 in my book. PS - when the question was posed on here "How many lawyers have you worked with in the past?" I had to answer more than 10 - I worked in law firms and the State judiciary for over 22 years ... that experience had me working with hundreds! I have and will continue to recommend Mr. Zachariasevych as a trustworthy, responsive, highly knowledgeable, informative and compassionate attorney. He is held in high regard by all who work with him and the judges that he appears before.

I consulted with Mr. Zachariasevych about setting up a family trust fund. Both the initial consultation and follow-up went very smoothly. Our meetings were not rushed, Mr. Zachariasevych took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and made good suggestions which I had not considered. I would recommend Mr. Zachariasevych to anyone who needed legal help without hesitation.
