Carlos is the guy you need when there seems to be no hope. I had 2 different cases against me at the same time and he was able to successfully have both of them completely dropped and dismissed. One took longer to resolve than the other, but he explained the process for each case to me fully and made me feel confident every time we went to court. Trust me, I had to do my part as well…anything he asked to complete I made sure to do as quickly as possible to make his process easier. You can’t go wrong with Carlos!

Carlos is the worst lawyer I ever had or even heard of. This joker of a lawyer wanted to exspunge my criminal charges that already been dismiss and not the 2 little felony charges. I told him most of my charges was criminal mischief or misdemeanor cases and the 2 little felony wasn't really my fault. People bad-evil) start trouble I defended myself. How can lawyers expunge a case that has been already dismiss? What on earth does he think I'm that stupid as if all real women/girls are so dumb we have no brains. As if Carlos really a liget true lawyer Anybody can pose a fake certificates. A good lawyer..NOT ! He must of cheated on his bar exams. Acting like a 2face woman haters !!! I dismiss his services.

NO I WILL NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN EVEN IF IT'S FOR JAYWALKING NORTH WILL I EVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. Vineland prosecutor toldy wife and I he wished all his cases were as strong and had so much evidence. Once the contractor we fired hired an expensive well known attorney the prosecutor said we should get an attorney JUST to present the evidence which needs to be presented in a specific manner so the other attorney don't block any of it from being presented. From the first day we walked in we were NOT listened to no do I believe the evidence of video"S", text messages and witness was ever looked at by anyone from this office. With such a case this attorney continued insisting we plea the 5th so the other guy could do the same and everything gets dropped. We got robbed, assaulted in our own property by a contractor we fired and told not to come back trespassing all on text and videos. The other attorney did a rookie "counter with any and all charges to SCARE the other side". With an attorney UNWILLING to do what we hire him to do or even listen to us we had no choice. On a second court appearance he was going to drop everything without even asking us. The third and final time "ON" the day of the court hearing we spoke for only the thirty I'm only to have him AGAIN insist we plea the 5th. In this discussion over the phone it was clear he still hasn't looked at any of the evidence by his statements and questions. The Vineland prosecutor was SURPRISED because of how strong the case was with so much evidence. We never saw the inside of his office and we never went over any of the evidence together. NO I WILL NEVER HIRE HIM FOR ANYTHING INCLUDING JAYWALKING NOR RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. All this is my opinion. (HMS Jr)
