I was in an accident 2 years ago. A tractor trailer backed into my car twice. Not only did it terrified me emotionally but it caused severe pain in my back knee and my neck. Geoffrey Smith was swift with helping me gather all the information that I needed so that he could pursue damages. He managed to have the company agree to a settlement which was more than their initial offer. He even negotiated with my medical insurance company's lien on my settlement to make sure it was extremely minimal so that I could retain the bulk of my settlement. Very appreciative of the work he has done with my case.

Geoff was very understanding and helped find some great doctors. If I didn't like how I was bring treated with some of the offices he was quick to get me into a better place. We had some difficulty with the shutdown that happened but he was determined to get me the help I needed.
