Michael Glassman handled complex legal issues regarding my husband. My husband was in a car accident that left him a quadriplegic. Michael would come to our home to talk with my husband and guide him through this difficult process all foreign to us. When my husband shockingly died before the case was completed , Michael never left me in the dark. Michael was available to me whenever I called and explained in detail what to anticipate. I was at a loss when my husband died. Michael was so empathetic he would listen to me talk about my husband and join in . I had the opportunity to work directly with Michael Glassman on a wrongful death claim arising out of an auto accident. I sought a highly qualified attorney to deal with the three auto insurance companies involved, as I had the duty of settling the deceased person's estate and I had many other responsibilities in that process. Michael Glassman was recommended to me by the estate attorneys involved. I found Michael Glassman to be extremely knowledgeable, accessible, and practical in his approach to settling the case. Michael Glassman was also aware of aspects of dealing with the deceased person's own auto insurance company that resulted in the estate receiving several thousand dollars in "essential service benefits" and "funeral expense reimbursement" from which he took no fees. When the auto insurance company for the person responsible for the accident settled the wrongful death claim, it was for the full amount of the policy limit, for which the estate's beneficiaries were very grateful. Michael handled the case with the utmost diligence, and communicated with me on an ongoing basis throughout the process. If I have a similar claim in the future, I would definitely hire Michael Glassman.
