Lack of responsiveness and prioritization of client cases
“The main problem was that they seemed so busy and just didn't prioritize my case. Every time I called them to discuss an issue, they were not available to talk on the spot and had to call me back. It would usually take at least several hours and sometimes more than a day to respond.”

Unprofessional and poor communication
“Worse people that you could go with, told me that they were going to represent me and then 1 week before my court day decided to tell me that they weren't going to represent me. Horrible in communicating,avoid yourself a headache and go somewhere else.”
