The buyers and their realtor were extremely difficult throughout the process, and at one point we were ready to NOT sell the home. Barry was my real estate attorney buying my first home. Every step of the process was met with push back and difficulty from the seller, but Barry kept trudging forward without compromising what was in my best interest. The seller's agent was actively working against us to the point where we question if she even wanted the sale to go through - she even recommended we perform redundant tests simply to skew the results in her favor, despite the health and safety concerns. Barry took it all in stride, and confidently reiterated our position, regardless of sounding like a broken record. Wouldn't have made it without him!
