Michael helped talk me through my legal rights when my ex-wife was demanding a divorce. He kept me calm and made me feel re-assured each step of the way in explaining how things would go. Ultimately, Michael pointed my ex and I in the direction of a Marital Settlement Agreement. The process was pain free in a time of tremendous personal grief.

Michael and his entire team handled my recent divorce. This was an extremely difficult time in my life and a process I knew nothing about. I had an excellent experience with DeTommaso Law Group! Mr. DeTommaso was very responsive and was always there when I needed him. He was always professional, sensitive, and courteous. My situation was difficult and complicated and he helped me to obtain the resolution and custody agreement that was best for myself and my child. My divorce was complicated when it didn't have to be. It was grueling and emotionally draining. Mike was amazing. He is extremely intelligent and had a great strategy to make sure my needs were met as a parent. He didn't try to sell me on anything. I told him what I was looking for and he worked our strategy around that. Because of his abilities, I was able to get more time with my son which was the most important part of the divorce.
