When I needed a divorce attorney in short order, Michael returned my call by 6:30 am and gave me the best advice I have ever received. With his help I managed my divorce in short order with an excellent settlement and with custody of my son which is virtually unheard of for the father. Michael and his firm have my utmost respect and confidence.

I have worked with most, if not all, of the attorneys at this firm and recommend each one. Their administrative staff is top notch and friendly also. The attorneys are always prepared, knowledgeable and really listen to their clients. The new office is beautiful also!

My daughter was going through a very difficult and "involved" divorce last year. She ended up at this law firm and her case was handled by Andrew. I can not say enough positive things about this young man, my daughter was NOT always easy to work with due to the things she had been through during her marriage, but Andrew stuck by her side and helped her get through everything!!!! I can't discuss any details of the separation/divorce, to so I'll just say that there was a point where Andrew and his firm were not getting paid at all. My daughter thought she would be going in for a hearing that morning all alone, I drove into New Jersey with her that day and as we were walking into the court house..... There was Andrew Shaw, waiting for us!!! This lawyer showed my daughter such kindness and compassion, and he was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the divorce!! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great divorce lawyer!!!

I am writing this review before my divorce has been settled because I am so impressed, I can't wait any longer to write my review. I contacted DeTommaso Law Group after a failed attempt at Collaborative, and being stalled in the litigation process with another attorney for a year and a half. If I had contacted them at the beginning of my divorce process, it would have taken months instead of years. I worked with Kevin Lauterman and Michael DeTommaso. What an amazing team! Kevin was compassionate and is an incredible communicator. Emails were answered within hours and I was involved every step of the way. Michael immediately initiated the appropriate Motions and issued subpoenas to obtain missing Discovery. His no-nonsense approach accomplished more in a few months than my previous attorney had accomplished in years. Their intimate knowledge of marital laws, legal decisions, and my "rights" inspired confidence. They knew I was on a tight budget and they were extremely fair with their billing. My divorce was the hardest thing I've even gone through, but they made it as painless as possible by being compassionate and professional. Most importantly, I knew they would do everything within their power to ensure that I obtained a fair and equitable settlement. Additional Comment: My divorce is finally over after almost 4 years! My name is Michelle Feinstein I had the pleasure of hiring Michael DeTommaso as my lawyer to help guide me through my divorce in 2011. A divorce is one of the most emotional and stressful situations a person can go through, especially when children are involved. The first time I met with Michael he set me at ease with his professinalisim, competence and approachable manner.
