Uncle Lou was great I closed on a house dec 23 all the paper was smoother then I expected.

This is the second time I"ve used Lou for a real estate closing and I wouldn't hesitate to return to him a third time, should the opportunity arise! He is enjoyable to work with, clearly committed to his clients and their satisfaction, and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile. In this case, it helped get the sale of my home through to close when it appeared the buyer was going to drop the ball at the 1 yard line. Nothing but superlatives for Lou Chapman!

I can't say enough great things about Louis B. Chapman. I hired him to be my lawyer for a traffic ticket. I didn't want to get any points so my insurance won't go up. He not only got all the points removed from the tickets but also the fine went down after he arranged a plea for me. If you are in need of a lawyer for any type of traffic violation I highly recommend you give him a call. The best part of it all was that he was available to me 24/7 to answer any questions I may have had.
