Mr. Chapman went above and beyond in representing my case in the Elizabeth Municipal Court on a set of traffic violations. I'm very skeptical of receiving a fair deal in the court systems, especially when the police are involved; however, Mr. Chapman was able to achieve a full dismissal and save me the punitive and financial burdens. Additionally, Tina, the firm's office manager, was a terrific and kind point of contact throughout the process. Thank you both!

We were lucky enough to have Mr. Chapman represent us on both our sale and subsequent purchase of our new home. He handled both transactions with great skill even when dealing with some frustrating issues from the other parties. We hired Mr. Chapman for the real estate Home Buying transaction. It was a great experience. He was very thorough and responsive at every step of the process. He guided, helped and explained precisely from the contract attorney review till the closing. Overall I would definitely recommend him. I am also going to hire him for selling of my home as well. I was recommended to Louis by a friend who also used him for a closing. As I was a first time homeowner, I didn't have any experience nor anyone I trusted to handle this transaction. Louis was able to answer all of my questions and ease any concerns that I had at all stages. He was a great advocate in relaying my concerns and wishes to the seller. All of this went extremely smooth especially with it being covid and us having to do everything remotely, including the closing! I would definitely recommended hiring Louis for any real estate transactions.
