I contacted Mr. Chapman in regards to a “Careless Driving” ticket I received. I came to him very upset and worried about the citation. After speaking to him and describing the situation, he provided me with some GREAT legal advice that I’ll be using to defend my case! I felt a sense of relief at the information and the options he let me know were available to me that I otherwise would not have known about had I not contacted him! He was polite, attentive, kind, and VERY PROFESSIONAL! I could also tell he had YEARS of experience in the field and was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about what he was talking about! We were a first time buyer with very little experience or knowledge about the closing process on a home. Louis was a tremendous help in making sure things went smoothly.
