I found Lou through Met Life Legal Plans, and he was highly recommended by my real estate agent. I purchased a co-op apartment during the COVID crisis, and it was a long (3 months exactly) and fraught experience. Lou has experience with co-ops, so he was able to keep me level-headed when I became stressed out by delays and complications. He has a little bit of a great-uncle quality to his personality.

Louis was enjoyable to work with even when the seller was difficult. Louis pays attention to details and knows how to coordinate with all stakeholders (real estate agents, sellers attorney, title agency, etc). When the seller failed to meet expectations agreed upon during inspection period, Louis went through great effort to identify the email and letter correspondence showing our clear expectations and their subsequent agreement. Now it is my turn to write and show my appreciation! I have worked with Mike several times on home buying process. He is very professional, reliable, and fast: I can expect to get an email reply within 5 minutes and he always pick up the phone calls. Once the seller was very hard to deal with and kept pushing us, he helped me to negotiate and handled the situation very well. I worked with another attorney on Hyatt plan and he charged me $200 fax fee which is ridiculous. Mike is very honest and never charge me any hidden fees. Thank you Mike for all your hard work!
