Louis was quick in responding my emails and calls. He handled all documentations for me in the entire property transaction. I was happy with his services.

Having used Mr.Michael and Louis Chapman for both the purchase of a new home where I had a few issues (which they handled seamlessly), I realized they had amazing professionalism, courtesy and above all else clear and open and fast communication(a pet peeve of mines!!!). After being thoroughly please with that transaction, I used them again for the sale of my old property and again can't say enough great things about them and their firm. Mr Chapman was excellent on my traffic violation case. I had 4 traffic tickets. Mr Chapman got 3 of the tickets dismissed and reduced the fine drastically on the forth ticket. His team is also very responsive.
