When it was time to sell my house, I knew exactly who to call. Selling home can be emotionally volatile, at least it was in my case. When I had a co-op property in New York, I've had an attorney from a renowned law firm in Manhattan and an attorney from a boutique law firm. I wasn't quite satisfied with either attorney.
