By far the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive lawyer I've ever met. Mr Tempio represented a family remember that was hit with multiple tickets around a DWI. He was able to knock everything down to 1 ticket. During the entire process he always communicated, was very responsive, highly organized, and extremely humble and approachable. Prior to securing him as our lawyer I spoke with numerous lawyers that were arrogant, cold, and extremely expensive. I immediately knew we'd go with Mr Tempio from the initial conversation. Charles was great to work with. I was clocked doing 47 MPH in a 25 MPH zone. The speed trap was placed at the bottom of a steep hill, where even cars coasting would naturally speed up quite a bit. Charles knew the law cold, he knew the local prosecutors, and thanks to him I was able to reduce a 4-point ticket down to only 2 points, which I can eliminate from my driving record by taking an online safety course for only $20. I would heartily recommend Charles to anyone facing a moving violation.
