Years ago, I had an issue with a music store that was going bankrupt and a rented instrument that resulted in debt for the price of the instrument. The situation culminated with a lien on my house. After years of frustration, I wanted to resolve this quickly. I contacted Mr. Watner . He was very helpful in answering my questions and responding to my emails the same day they were sent. Mr. Watner made the process very easy, even taking on work that I otherwise would have had to do. Within 3 days of my original email, all actions needed on his or my part to resolve this were completed. He was professional, helpful, and very clear and quick in his communication. He also follows up on commitments. I really appreciated his help in getting this resolved so quickly.
