“DO NOT USE” I engaged Charles Ulliano as my attorney following a violent assault in Long Branch, NJ, during which the local authorities were complicit in covering up the incident. Despite signing a retainer with Charles, I was dismayed when he pressured me to engage in insurance fraud by requesting I misrepresent the nature of the incident to the homeowner's insurance company. Rather than advocating for justice and truth, he insisted on fabricating a story that I had slipped and fallen, concealing the fact that I was assaulted by a renter during a Labor Day party. This unethical behavior not only failed to hold my assailant accountable but also exacerbated my suffering, as they were never arrested or charged, despite committing felony assault by breaking my finger. As a result, I continue to endure physical pain and PTSD. Charles Ulliano's actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for justice and a prioritization of financial gain over ethical representation. I seek justice, not monetary compensation, and caution others against entrusting their legal matters to him. Furthermore, the renter, Sammy Lati, continues to harass and threaten me, while the authorities have failed to take any meaningful action. Despite my pleas for help, the police have refused to intervene, allowing the situation to escalate unchecked. Charles Ulliano's negligence and unethical behavior not only failed to protect me initially but have also left me vulnerable to continued harassment and threats. “DO NOT USE”
