Steve Serna and his law offices have been an integral part of my journey. I bought a piece of real estate in 2013 with plans to demolition and build new construction. He helped me navigate the deal with the real estate agent and actually saved me about $50,000 on the purchase of the sale. He understands real estate very well and how the appraisal values along with sales values work when dealing with the banks. He did a good job, but the guy overcharged me. He added an extra 100 dollars that we never spoke about. We had a second meeting and originally he said he wouldn't charge me for the second court appointment and then when I got to the court he charged me! Then he said he never said he would not charge me but he did. He said he wouldn't charge me for the second court appearance.
I would not use his services again because he was dishonest with his payment.
